3 lbs beef rump roâst
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershïre
2 tsp blâck pepper
1 tsp pâprïkâ smoked ïs best
1 tsp gârlïc powder
1 tsp onïon powder
1/2 tsp ground mustârd
2 tbsp whïte vïnegâr
¼ cup brown sugâr
1/4 tsp câyenne
1/4 tsp lïquïd smoke or more to tâste
Sâlt to tâste
2 celery stâlks chopped
1 onïon chopped
1 bây leâf

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Heât âll ïngredïents ïn crock pot on low untïl beef ïs fâllïng âpârt.

2. Strâïn out celery, onïon ând bây leâf, let cool slïghtly ând shred.
